On April 17th my wife (Terri) and I celebrated our 15th Wedding Anniversary. With a little help from friends and family we were able to take a cruise (just the two of us, without the kids) the week of our Anniversary with stops at Catalina Island, CA and Ensenada, Mexico. Although the trip was way to short, it was incredibly fun. I would recommend to anyone that they give a cruise a try. I know what you are thinking, “I’ll get sick”, but we had prescription patches for sea sickness for the entire trip and we didn’t have any problems at all.  
At dinner on our Anniversary, our server Melichor brought us a little cake. Our favorite food on the ship was the Warm Melting Chocolate Cake. It was so good. I’m hungry just typing about it. To see more photos, click here .
