Congratulations Regina and Donny Williams.  Although they hired a professional photographer for their wedding, I was asked to take photos at their reception.  The weather didn't cooperate.  It rained off and on throughout the night.  But the theme of the reception was tropical so we all acted as if it was just a tropical storm in the islands somewhere.
