I've been introduced to a great single item promotion per day website.

www.woot.com

You  never know what the item of the day will be.  Each item is only listed for one 24hr period with a purchase limit of three per customer.  Speakers, computers, vacuums, or bar-b-ques.  Anything could show up.  Each new item is posted at midnight central time.  That's 10pm for us on the west coast.
